The Hotel Hendricks is set to debut this June as the latest Fortuna Realty Group property in Manhattan. Located in the city’s Fashion District, the hotel will be home to 176 guestrooms above Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park.
Los Angeles-based designer Marcello Pozzi will outfit the hotel with a contemporary, industrial-chic design reflective of New York’s modern glamour and classic allure. A palette of rich bronze, malachite, polished copper, and exposed concrete accents custom furniture handmade in Italy.
Three F&B options will also debut onsite, including the warm and vibrant Latin concept Carbonero. In addition to a trendy lobby café and bar, the nightlife concept the Zoo will be located on the rooftop.
