Mr. C Hotels & Residences will launch a property with 110 hotel rooms and 146 branded residences in Downtown West Palm Beach in 2026.
The 27-story Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach—developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate—will feature amenities like a garden-level lap pool with cabanas, a poolside bar and lounge area, and a fitness center equipped with indoor spaces for yoga and other programming.
A design collaboration by Arquitectonica and Meyer Davis
With architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors from New York-based firm Meyer Davis, the forthcoming property will reflect a mix of classic European charm and stylish sophistication synonymous with the Mr. C brand.
The lobby will serve as a grand entrance, complete with a dedicated porte-cochère and a residential lounge with ample seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows and grand chandeliers will pair with elegant finishes to create an inviting, luxurious atmosphere upon arrival.

Onsite F&B offerings will include a café that blends contemporary and timeless elements with chic marble countertops, vintage-inspired glass cases, and plush seating.
The rooftop restaurant, meanwhile, will boast sophisticated interiors with bespoke furnishings that merge indoor comfort with outdoor allure. The lounge, which will serve as the property’s private members club, will be rendered in rich textures, opulent lighting, and intimate seating.
The Mr. C brand was founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, fourth generation members of the Cipriani family known for their many hospitality ventures, in 2011.
