A forthcoming, 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use project in Nashville has been announced for development at the intersection of Broadway and West End Avenue. Aptly named Broadwest, the development will be home to a 14-story, 245-room luxury hotel.
Designed by Atlanta-based Cooper Carry, Broadwest will comprise two towers, rising 21 and 34 stories, respectively. The hotel, which will be co-owned and managed by Chartwell Hospitality, will be housed within the taller volume, while 220 luxury residences span the additional 20 floors. More than 510,000 square feet of Class-A offices will be featured in the shorter tower, and an additional 125,000 square feet of creative offices and retail will be included in the towers’ shared base. A one-acre park will also be created as part of the 3.9-acre campus.
Construction is set to begin this fall.
