Pendry Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with investment and development firms SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios, is set to debut Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville in the city’s vibrant Paseo South Gulch district.
A peek at Pendry Nashville
Pendry Nashville will be designed by local architectural firm ESa and New York-based interior design studio Post Company.
Pendry Nashville will include 180 elegant guestrooms and suites, while 146 exclusive branded residences will be offered at Pendry Residences Nashville.
The property’s ground-level will feature a restaurant and lobby bar, fostering a welcoming social hub, while a rooftop pool will offer sweeping views paired with a rooftop garden restaurant and bar.
Other key amenities include an indoor-outdoor fitness center, a writer’s room and library that functions as an intimate meeting space, a junior ballroom with a show kitchen, and a larger ballroom complete with a private outdoor terrace.
The design concept will capture the warmth of southern hospitality with inviting fireplaces and thoughtfully arranged seating throughout. Italian marble, warm wood tones, and burnished brass accents will infuse a sense of refined luxury, enhanced by an eclectic mix of vintage furnishings and curated artwork.
Pendry Residences Nashville
Pendry Residences Nashville will extend this sense of elegance into a residential offering that pairs contemporary aesthetics with the comforts of home.
The 146 residences will be distinguished by spacious floorplans, bespoke finishes, and expansive city views. Owners will enjoy access to the hotel’s luxury services and amenities, complemented by exclusive residential features such as a private pool, dining room, whiskey and billiards room, as well as dedicated staff for day-to-day needs.
Residences, which will be available for purchase later this year, will range from one- to four-bedroom layouts and reach up to 3,800 square feet.
“It’s an exciting moment for us to be able to bring the Pendry brand to Nashville,” says Alan J. Fuerstman, founder, chairman, and CEO of Montage International. “The Paseo South Gulch is such a dynamic and desirable location, already home to a collection of fantastic and acclaimed brands and concepts. We look forward to capturing the true sense of spirit that’s so unique to the city, and showcasing all that Pendry has to offer.”
The project, which breaks ground this year, is projected to open in 2027. Additional partners include JE Dunn Capital Partners and Clark Construction.
