The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee has revealed its recently refreshed Lake House. Spearheaded by designer Shane Meder of Atlanta-based Black Sheep Interiors, the three-story, four-bedroom lakefront accommodation in Greensboro, Georgia exudes modern elegance.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by an entryway daybed,va dramatic staircase, and an artwork display that recalls the flora of the Southern setting. The refined and relaxing living room is populated with seating in creamy hues that complement the gray natural stone fireplace. Blue and green shades also accent the interior in homage to the surrounding woodlands.
At the heart of the Lake House, the airy and bright kitchen is fully equipped, while a dining room is anchored by a 12-person white oak table and upholstered seating beneath an iron chandelier. A retreat on the lower level serves as an alternative social space with concrete floors, rich wood panels, intimate seating, and numerous gaming options. Additionally, a spacious private patio and pool overlooks the lake.
Each guest suite has been reimagined to reflect individual tastes, with dual master bedrooms evoking vintage black-and-white opulence and double bedrooms crafted with an Americana-inspired ethos and tranquil green and gray tones.
