Opening later this year in London’s storied theater district, the Other House Covent Garden blends apartment-style living with hotel amenities and private club access.
Housed within the historic Wellington Block—a cluster of seven buildings surrounding a soaring five-story glazed atrium—the property will mark the brand’s second outpost following its South Kensington debut.
The property features 146 signature bedrooms and Club Flats, which boast spacious living spaces with kitchenettes, en suite bathrooms, and dedicated lounge areas.
Drama-infused interiors
Interiors, conceptualized with Bergman Design House and now led by an in-house team in collaboration with the Other House CEO and founder Naomi Heaton, embrace bold British maximalism. Art Deco flourishes and theatrical motifs nod to Covent Garden’s storied past, infusing the spaces with a sense of drama.
Guests and members will enjoy access to a subterranean vitality pool, wellness spaces, and a 360-degree rooftop bar and terrace with views spanning the city skyline. Culinary destinations will comprise the Other Kitchen brasserie, the Owl & Monkey cocktail bar, and the Peacock Lounge, a glamorous rooftop venue.
The exclusive private club—accessible to guests and external members—features lounges, wellness and fitness amenities, and a cultural programming calendar.
Sustainability at Covent Garden
Rooted in sustainable design, the project incorporates FSC-certified timber and low-carbon concrete, while diverting 92.5 percent of construction waste from the landfill.
The Other House Covent Garden, which boasts a BREEAM “Excellent” rating, has also tapped eco-fashion duo VIN + OMI as creative sustainability advisors to weave their eco-conscious ethos throughout the design.
