Next month, the Wynn Las Vegas is set to debut new guestroom concepts as well as the Wynn Tower Suites. The renovation is the largest and most comprehensive upgrade to impact the hotel’s 2,674 accommodations since it opened in 2005. The revamp will also extend to the property’s elevator lobbies and corridors.
“As guests’ needs and tastes evolve, we are constantly advancing details that not only meet but exceed their discerning tastes,” says Todd-Avery Lenahan, president and chief creative officer of Wynn Design & Development. “Our redesigned rooms are equal parts warm and dramatic, intimate and sophisticated. The guestrooms are meant to be your personal space while we are hosting you and are designed to be a respite, an exhale at the end of your day.”
A sense of escapism will characterize the redesign without compromising Wynn’s inviting and comfortable ethos. A polychromatic palette of soft hues, layered patterns, and texture will adorn each chamber along with wood accent walls, thoughtful lighting, and luxe textiles. Custom furniture and fixtures will populate rooms in tandem with commissioned artwork and décor, while four-poster canopy beds will serve as dramatic focal points in the Wynn Tower rooms.
Decidedly more residential, the updated rooms comprise a range of layouts that double storage space, expand dressing areas, and include an extended multipurpose table in the main living room for work or dining. Additional power and data ports will also be added.
