Hyatt to Launch Two Brands in China

Hyatt Place and Hyatt House will make their debut in Asia with the signing of three hotels in Shanghai. Hyatt also has signed agreements for eight full-service hotels in China:

Grand Hyatt Lijiang, offering 240 guestrooms and 60 suites, a spa, two indoor pools, four specialty restaurants, two lounges, and meeting and event space

Grand Hyatt Hefei, featuring 318 guestrooms, 32 suites, three specialty restaurants, a lounge, bar, spa and fitness center, and event space

Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula, located on Hainan Island with 330 guestrooms

Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Chongming, located on China’s third largest island and offering 153 guestrooms, 27 suites, and 19,000 square feet of meeting and event space

Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Hongqiao, offering 270 guestrooms, 30 suites, meeting and event space, a spa, fitness center, two restaurants, bar, and lobby lounge

Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Jiading, featuring more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants, a lounge, spa, and fitness facilities

Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Wujiaochang with 333 rooms, 17 suites, 25,000 square feet of function space, two restaurants, a lounge, spa, pool, and fitness center
