Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has opened its doors along Dubai’s most exclusive shoreline, joining the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab.
Envisioned by locally based Killa Design in collaboration with AvroKO, the 386-key resort also features 82 serviced residences, 11 restaurants, an 82-berth superyacht marina, a spa, and five pools. Nautical forms inform the design throughout, creating an immersive and transportive guest experience.

The maritime narrative begins at arrival, where a dramatic arched entry and gradually revealed façade evoke a sense of discovery. Referencing legendary yachts and the golden hues of sunset, the resort’s palette combines marble, organic woods, soft-edged furnishings with luxurious details, like hand-blown crystal lighting and handcrafted silk carpets.
Guestrooms channel the sleek lines of Italian Riva boats, each opening onto expansive private terraces with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf.
The suites, meanwhile, elevate the aesthetic with bolder expressions and vivid finishes. The Royal Suite boasts a 3,336-square-foot terrace with a private plunge pool suspended above water, while the Pearl Suite, with an expansive wraparound terrace, boasts enough space to host up to 80 guests.
Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab offers 82 one- to three-bedroom units with sweeping marina or ocean views and exclusive access to private amenities.

Throughout the property, more than 300 curated artworks and 29 bespoke sculptures provide unexpected moments of beauty. A standout lobby installation, for instance, features 1,500 hand-blown, seashell-shaped crystals—a tribute to traditional Czech glassmaking.
Sustainability is also integrated across the design—from water-smart landscaping and weather-adaptive irrigation systems to energy-efficient terracing and a commitment to eliminating single-use plastics.
