Hilton Worldwide has signed on to manage Saudi Arabia’s first Doubletree hotel. The 304-key new-build property in Al Khobar, which is targeting business travelers and domestic tourists, will feature four F&B outlets, including all-day dining and specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge, and juice/snack bar; meeting facilities that include a large ballroom, two boardrooms, and business center; a health club equipped with separate facilities for men and women; and a families-only swimming pool. The hotel is scheduled to open in late 2012.
