The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a new hotel-casino opening late this year, has announced a diverse list of confirmed culinary partners. To date, the prestigious roster of F&B concepts include Blue Ribbon by restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg; Comme Ca by Los Angeles chef David Myers; New York City’s Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis; Scarpetta and a new casual wine bar by award-winning chef Scott Conant; and popular steakhouse STK from The One Group.
The Cosmopolitan will have two 50-story towers housing 2,995 guestrooms and condo-style accommodations, three distinct pool experiences, over 100,000 square feet of gaming, and an exclusive nightlife venue.
