Rosso Development and Midtown Development have unveiled Midtown Park, a $2 billion mixed-use destination that reimagines nearly five acres in the heart of Midtown Miami.
Designed as a cultural and lifestyle hub, the project will integrate luxury residences, office space, retail, dining, and art programming, along with green spaces and pedestrian paseos.
Midtown Park Residences by Proper
At the center of the development is Midtown Park Residences by Proper, a 28-story tower that blends luxury living and hospitality-driven amenities across its 288 homes.
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by Naturalficial, the residences will boast access to more than 40,000 square feet of private amenity space, including a tropical pool deck with a restaurant and bar, a wellness-focused fitness center and spa, a yoga and meditation garden, and a private pickleball court.
Additional amenities include an art-filled lobby, a gourmet coffee bar, an events lounge, a business center, a kids club, a virtual golf simulator and screening room, and a communal vegetable garden.
Owners will also enjoy exclusive programming and events across Proper Hospitality’s global portfolio.
The Penthouse Collection
Topping the tower is the Penthouse Collection, which features limited edition triplex and duplex residences with sweeping views of the city and bay. Ranging from about 2,486 to 5,000 square feet, with 3- to 5-bedroom layouts, these penthouses are crafted with 24-foot ceilings, expansive private rooftops with lush gardens, a private pool, and a summer kitchen.
Padel at ULTRA Club Midtown
As its lifestyle anchor, the developers have partnered with ULTRA Padel Club to introduce ULTRA Club Midtown, a vibrant two-acre pop-up padel destination that previews what’s to come at the permanent ULTRA Racquet & Padel Club within Midtown Park. Once complete, it will become the largest padel club in the country.
The pop-up complex spans 11 state-of-the-art outdoor padel courts and three children’s courts, complemented by F&B concepts and community-driven programming. It will lead into the permanent eight-court Racquet & Padel Club, part of Midtown Park’s first phase.
