Overseen by Rottet Studio, Indiewalls commissioned artist Sara Byrne for a custom cherry blossom photograph at the Loews Regency in New York. To add a dynamic sheen, the photograph was printed on metallic paper. “Awakening” evokes the hotel’s uptown location near Central Park while filling the room with a soft, pink glow.
