Why we love it: Six years after her death, one of Zaha Hadid’s final projects has been realized near Piazza del Popolo. The late-16th-century palazzo pairs the dynamic, fluid lines that Hadid is known for with historical flourishes like original frescoes adorning the walls and ceilings of select suites. Overseeing F&B is Alain Ducasse, solidifying the property’s reputation as a unmissable destination.
