Zagara, the hotel’s Amalfi Coast-inspired restaurant, overlooks the harbor and the pool from the second floor. “We did two iterations of this space and ended up landing on a [more] ethereal palette,” Bukovec says. The custom carpet from SACCO draws inspiration from nautilus shells and the dining chairs, custom from Workshop Hospitality, are upholstered in R Hughes fabric that nods to sea anemones. The banquettes are covered in textiles from Schumacher and Kravet, the striped silk fabric wallcovering is courtesy of Rose Cumming, and the limestone fireplace mantel is by François & Co.
