The MGM Grand has revealed plans to renovate all 4,212 guestrooms and suites in its main tower. Led by Gensler, the $300 million remodel—which will add 111 suites for 753 suites ranging from 675 to 2,572 square feet—is slated for completion in December 2025. Revamped accommodations will boast modern, sophisticated design elements that draw on the flair of the disco-era. Additionally, the property welcomed Netflix Bites, a restaurant inspired by the streaming service’s hit shows, in February. Come May, Tao Group Hospitality and DJ Kygo’s Palm Tree Crew will launch Palm Tree Beach Club (shown above), a 60,000-square-foot destination designed by Rockwell Group.
