The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced plans for the Radisson Hotel Zavidovo, slated to open in 2014. The 230-key property will be part of a resort area that includes Ivankovo Lake and an expansive nature reserve rich in wildlife. Hotel amenities will include two restaurants, a bar, a spa, conference facilities, and a yacht club.
