The board of directors of Rockville, Maryland-based Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A) and HVS Design, leading architecture, interior design, and project management firms specializing in the hospitality industry, announce several promotions within the firm. Effective on January 1st, 2015, in recognition of their many years of excellent service to the firms, Warren G. Feldman and Scott P. Rosenberg will be promoted to new positions within the firm. Feldman will be assuming the duties of CEO of JN+A, while Rosenberg will be promoted to the position of JN+A president.

Rosenberg and Feldman will also become managing directors of HVS Design. In assuming these positions, they will share the duties and responsibilities required to direct the daily operations of both firms, including architecture and interior design studios as well as the project management teams of both firms.
Nehmer will remain as chairman of the board of directors, overseeing the activities of the company’s board while also exploring new business opportunities and expansion of the firms’ services and capabilities.
