Davidson Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Staci Patton to the role of creative director. As part of the design and construction team, Patton, who brings forth 16 years of hospitality design experience, will collaborate with owners, investors, and operators to define all elements of the guest experience.
“With out-of-the-box thinking, applied expertise, and design acumen, Staci will deliver a design vision that accounts for known constraints, opportunities, and in-person observations that will ultimately elevate the quality of our hotels,” says Davidson CEO and president Thom Geshay.
Patton, who received a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Florida State University, previously founded and led the hospitality interiors studio at DLR Group. She has also lent her expertise to in strategic brand design development positions at Hilton and Sonesta Hotels.
“I have always known Davidson to have a fantastic reputation on quality of its hotels, the experiences they provide, and their focus on quality over quantity,” Patton says. “Each of Davidson’s areas of expertise are highlighted by their unique individualism, but the magic is where they merge to work together in the very layered choreography of delivering a hotel.”
