Major Food Group (MFG) will collaborate with real estate development companies Terra and One Thousand Group to launch Villa, a 58-story residential tower in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.
“All the players on this dream team have unparalleled track records of giving the world the very highest level of firsts in their respective industries,” says MFG cofounder Jeff Zalaznick. “There is no doubt that Villa will set the standard that luxury developments are measured by for decades to come.”
Villa will be home to as few as 50 families, each with their own expansive, full-floor vertical “villa” that boasts panoramic views of the city and Biscayne Bay. O’Donnell Dannwolf & Partners (ODP Architects) and DeSimone will partner on the project’s architecture.
Vicky Charles of New York-based Charles & Co will spearhead the Villa’s interior design, while MFG cofounder Mario Carbone will oversee the development of its residential kitchens. “We look forward to harnessing our unrivaled passion, knowledge, and love for the act of cooking to create the perfect modern home,” Carbone adds.
MFG will also develop a collection of lounges, bars, and restaurants open only to Villa residents.
