A lush wonderland awaits at the Fleur Room, a clandestine, reservations-only concept from Tao Group Hospitality, now open in West Hollywood, California. The chic cocktail bar and lounge immerses guests in texture and color beneath mirrored ceilings and an oversized gold flower disco ball that accents the jewel tones of the interior, which were crafted by Tao’s in-house design team and locally based designer Tara Bean.
The Fleur Room is also populated by seating upholstered in plush patterned velvets alongside marble cocktail tables, bespoke pink Venetian glass fixtures, and a sinewy banquette-vase by artist Anissa Kermiche that’s bursting with florals. “We tried to encapsulate a feeling of decadent maximalism through eclectic artwork and layered textural elements, which are amplified via intimate seating vignettes throughout the space,” says Tao Group vice president of design and development Susan Nugraha. “We wanted to show a rebellious take on old Hollywood.”
