Construction has begun on Bode, a new hotel concept in downtown Palm Springs, California that is slated to open over the next two years.
Designed by local firm o2 Architecture and Los Angeles-based Studio UNLTD, the modern, residential-inspired Bode Palm Springs will be in walking distance to the Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs Art Museum, and other local amenities.
The 43,680-square-foot new build will be home to 38 units that will range from two- to four-bedroom configurations. Among the onsite common spaces will the Hub, which will be home to a patio lounge, pool, and bar across two levels.
