Field & Stream Lodge Co., a new hospitality brand from outdoor retailer Field & Stream, will open its first property in May.
Located near Bridger Bowl ski area, Big Sky Resort, and Yellowstone National Park, Field & Stream Bozeman blends the nostalgia of classic hunting and fishing retreats with modern amenities.
The 179-room lodge, which features architecture by DLR Group, comprises a range of accommodations, including bunk rooms, outfitted with functional touches like a dedicated workspace, peg board storage, mini fridge, and wool camp blankets.
Nature’s inspiration at Field & Stream Bozeman
Designed to reflect the heritage of the 151-year-old Field & Stream brand, interiors—conceived by the AJ Capital Partners team—feature a mix of vintage and custom-upholstered furnishings, along with locally inspired décor.
The heart of the lodge is the Great Room, a warm, communal gathering space anchored by a towering stone fireplace, board games, and historic Bozeman artifacts, all beneath a vintage canoe suspended from the ceiling.
Guests can unwind in the indoor pool and hot tub, where Adirondack chairs and plaid-adorned loungers surround a Bridger Bowl mural that pays homage to the region’s outdoor culture. An outdoor hot tub, set beneath Montana’s open sky, further enhances the retreat-like atmosphere.
A sprawling 29,000-square-foot backyard features a landscaped courtyard outfitted with canoe-shaped fire pits, live log seating, and tent-like canvas umbrellas. For events and group gatherings, the property boasts 3,800 square feet of private meeting space, along with full-property buyout options.
