The Barrière Group will launch Maison Barrière Vendôme, a boutique hotel located in Paris’ fashion and jewelry district, next month.
Housed in a fully redesigned private mansion, Maison Barrière Vendôme features 26 elegantly crafted rooms, suites, and apartments that blend the charm of a private Parisian pied-à-terre with the high-touch luxury of bespoke service.
The hotel is a tribute to femininity and French craftsmanship: a vision conceived by Corinne Evens, the mansion’s owner and head of diamond dealer the Evens Group, and brought to life by the Barrière Group and architect Daniel Jibert.
Each room celebrates an iconic woman of history, transforming the property into a gallery. Notable spaces include the George Sand Suite, adorned in 18th-century fabrics reminiscent of the writer’s own bedroom, and the Sarah Bernhardt Suite, which features velvet accents inspired by the actress’ stage attire. The use of luxurious materials like Versailles parquet, onyx marble, carmine velvet, and pearlescent terrazzo create an intimate yet refined ambiance.
On the hotel’s first floor, guests will find the bar and restaurant Frida, offering a generous menu in an intimate setting that extends onto a veranda overlooking a serene, tree-lined patio—an unexpected oasis in the heart of the city.
Maison Barrière Vendôme will also include a soon-to-open spa nestled in its historic cellars, where stone-vaulted ceilings will house treatment rooms, a sauna, and a cold plunge pool.
