Nobu Beach Inn—the latest venture from Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon, and James Packer—is set to debut on Barbuda’s southwest coast in early 2026.
Set along more than two miles of beachfront, the 400-acre project prioritizes ecologically sensitive development, renewable energy, and community-driven initiatives—honoring Barbuda’s deep-rooted respect for nature.
A peek at Nobu Beach Inn
Once a secluded retreat favored by Princess Diana, Nobu Beach Inn will feature 36 accommodations across 17 bungalow cottages, alongside real estate offerings and dining destinations, including a signature Nobu restaurant from chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
Designed in-house, the low-density architecture will incorporate natural materials for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience that blends with the surrounding Caribbean landscape.
The resort will also include a beachfront spa, open-air gym, yoga facilities, and more.
Pre-sales are underway for the 25 beachfront residential units, with prices starting around $12 million. Created as private retreats, the villas feature a series of customizable bungalows connected by pools, gardens, and sandy pathways to evoke the feel of a personal resort.
