Palisociety has unveiled Palihouse Hyde Park Village, the brand’s inaugural venture into Tampa, Florida and its fifth opening for 2023.
Nestled on a tree-lined street in the upscale Hyde Park neighborhood, the 36-room hideaway stakes its claim as the first hotel in the newly developed area. The property’s interiors, designed in-house, boast a European-inspired aesthetic infused with Palisociety’s signature irreverent details.
A private entrance area is paved with terrazzo checkerboard flooring that anchors a white oak staircase surrounding a handmade amber glass chandelier. The stairs guide guests to the second-floor check-in, lobby bar, and guestrooms.
The interior design features pale celery green walls, light wood paneling, and a curation design elements including Hermès scarves, vintage artwork, along with a layered mix of patterns, textiles, antique furniture, and accessories.
Guestrooms on the second floor include kitchenettes with Smeg mini fridges, custom dining tables, art walls, and bespoke library seating. Soft green walls are balanced out with wood furnishings, vintage and custom pieces, and more. The atmosphere of the hotel also nods to Florida’s colorful and warm personality.
Palihouse Hyde Park Village also offers amenities like a curated neighborhood guide, access to a coworking space, and specially priced classes at Barry’s Bootcamp.
