Plans have been announced for the revival of Pink Sands in the Bahamas and the introduction of private residences and a spa.
Once completed at the end of 2015, the residences will also offer the opportunity to own a part of the Pink Sands lifestyle. Seven oceanfront lots and 11 garden lots will be available for purchase.

Caribbean designers COAST, celebrated for their work at Parrot Cay and Amanyara on Turks and Caicos, will be designing the residences at Pink Sands and elevating the existing aesthetic of the hotel and communal areas. Harbour Island resident and co-founder of the Landing hotel, David Flint Wood, is on board as design consultant.
