Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas will launch its first property in the Caribbean next month.
Situated upon nearly 40 acres, Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada will comprise 56 guestrooms and 15 villas.
The resort was designed to reflect the vibrancy of the surrounding Caribbean village and naturescape. Its 56 pool suites are both eco-conscious and comfortable, with natural, renewable, and repurposed materials woven into the interior. The contemporary accommodations feature open-plan bedrooms and outdoor terraces that lead to private plunge pools.
The villas—available in one-, two-, and four-bedroom configurations—boast hillside or beachfront views and spacious bedrooms. Five larger four-bedroom retreats are located on a bluff, offering a 270-degree view of one of the most coveted locations in the Caribbean.
F&B options include signature restaurant SeaFire, farm-to-table dining at Callaloo, the poolside Panquai Breeze Bar, and Scoop café.
The two-floor Six Senses La Sagesse spa features fitness facilities on the upper level, while the lower floor houses treatment rooms and a hammam. Plus, an outdoor communal wet area features a panoramic sauna, hot pool, cold plunge pool, and Kneipp therapy pool.
Sustainability guides the resort’s operations—from the use of fertile volcanic land to grow herbs to its energy and waste management, water conservation, and community involvement. The resort is also planting 3,000 trees and bushes and new mangroves along the lagoon, a major wildlife habitat.
