OMNIYAT has unveiled the Alba at Monaco Yacht Club, a $1.9 billion mixed-use development in Dubai.
Comprising a hotel managed by Dorchester Collection and luxury residences, the Alba features architecture by Zaha Hadid Architects and interiors from Gilles & Boissier.
The Alba prioritizes wellness, sustainability, and a deep connection to nature with each residence boasting private pools, outdoor jacuzzis, and elevated sun platforms, set on expansive outdoor terraces.
Residences and amenities at the Alba
Ranging from two- and three-bedroom units to duplexes and penthouses, the residences are defined by bold, bright spaces, with three design packages curated by global interior design leaders.
In addition to the Alba’s own amenities—pools with private cabanas, sun loungers, and social gathering spaces—residents can also enjoy hotel amenities, which include infinity pools, vitality pools, a fitness suite, beach access, and a spa. A wellness center will launch next year with a global brand partner.
Outdoor spaces, envisioned by landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic, complement the curved, organic shapes of the development with cascading waterfalls, lily ponds, and shaded walkways leading to the waterfront.
The Alba marks Dorchester Collection’s second Middle East hotel, following the Lana in Dubai.
