The Perry Hotel Naples, a 160-room boutique hotel in North Naples, Florida, has opened its doors.
Designed by Casa Conde & Associates, the hotel incorporates concrete floors, exposed conduits, and steel structural accents that pay homage to its industrial heritage.
Nautical influences emerge through natural wood textures and anchor motifs, while brass detailing, warm lighting, and richly toned woods create a raw yet refined aesthetic. These rugged elements are softened by breezy fabrics and thoughtfully curated artwork and accessories that channel the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.
The lobby and guestrooms
A striking solid black wood bench welcomes guests into the grand lobby, which is paired with custom oak coffee tables and black-stained side tables throughout the space. A focal point, Florida Keys by UK-based artist Nadia Attura harkens to the original Perry Hotel in Key West.
In the guestrooms, porcelain tile flooring complements solid wood wardrobes, oak and mahogany headboards, bespoke furnishings, and curated artwork by Northwood Art.
F&B at the Perry Hotel Naples
A highlight of the property is Tigress by chef Dale Talde, a rooftop restaurant specializing in contemporary Cantonese cuisine. Its sophisticated setting fuses modern and traditional Chinese aesthetics with warm ambient lighting, richly toned woods, and artwork.
Adjacent to Tigress, Easy Tiger is a stylish open-air rooftop lounge experience with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Cocohatchee River.
