Featuring two 50-story towers housing 2,995 guestrooms with private terraces, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has announced a December 15 debut. David Rockwell, Jeffrey Beers, Adam D. Tihany, and the Friedmutter Group are contributing their design talents to the resort-likely the last of its kind to open on the Strip in the next several years.
Dining concepts include Jaleo and China Poblano restaurants by Chef Jose Andres, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill by restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg, Comme Ca by Los Angeles chef David Myers, New York City’s Estiatorio Milos by restaurateur Costas Spiliadis, Scarpetta and D.O.C.G. by chef Scott Conant, and steakhouse STK from the One Group. Other resort features encompass 100,000 square feet of casino space, 60,000 square feet of high-end retail space, a spa and health club, three unique pool experiences, and multi-level integrated nightclubs.
