Design firm GRAFT has overseen the conversion of a 1960s high-rise into the 5-Star Radisson SAS Iveria in Tbilisi, Georgia. The hotel accommodates 249 guestrooms, including 44 business class rooms, 15 suites, and one executive suite. F&B options include Italian restaurant Filini and the Surface Restaurant and Lounge Bar. Meeting space encompasses a conference center with 10 meeting rooms and a ballroom. A rooftop oxygen bar joins the two-level Anne Semonin spa and wellness facility.
