The first outpost in the Assemblage portfolio has opened thanks to a design from New York-based firm Meyer Davis. In addition to the debut NoMad property, the creative concept will be spread across three spaces in New York.
Conceived as a venue to facilitate consciousness and collaboration, the Assemblage NoMad spans 12 floors and 38,000 square feet of coworking space in addition to communal lounges, a garden, and a terrace. The braindchild of economist and Prodigy Network CEO Rodrigo Niño, the concept features daily programming designed around the mind, body, and spirit to nurture a sense of community that emphasizes biophilia and social progress. The open design is appointed with abundant greenery, simple materials, and vibrant colors conveyed through abstract artwork and comforting fabrics.
The mezzanine level features low-slung sofas, a glass wall that separates meeting spaces, and a meditation room with throw pillows, floor poufs, and gongs for sound baths. Along with expansive conference rooms, office spaces feature a calming palette, art, foliage, and moveable doors. The top floor includes a plant-based bar with more art and hues of blue and gray.
