Ennismore has signed the Hoxton, Dubai Media City, in partnership with Select Group, marking the brand’s first entry into the United Arab Emirates.

The hotel’s interiors will be designed by Ennismore’s in-house design studio, AIME Studios, and will include 230 guestrooms crafted to feel layered and homey.

The lobby, a defining feature of all Hoxton properties, follows the same philosophy. Envisioned as a shared space for guests and locals alike, it will offer comforting classics alongside a rotating slate of cultural programming, including local collaborations, pop-ups, and creative activations.

The property’s food and beverage program will be curated by Paris Society, the collective behind several prominent dining and nightlife venues in Dubai. Two entirely new concepts will headline the offering. Onaka, a Japanese handroll bar, marks a collaboration with award-winning French restaurateur Moïse Sfez, while social sports bar Bleachers will offer a lighthearted spin on gameday culture.

Onaka and Bleachers will sit alongside two concepts with established track records. Il Bambini Club—Paris Society’s trattoria concept with locations in London, Paris, and Cape Town—brings its open kitchen and lively bar to Dubai, and Tope, the Hoxton’s rooftop concept, rounds out the F&B lineup.

The Hoxton’s first wellness club

The Hoxton, Dubai Media City will also introduce the brand’s inaugural wellness club. The space will be built to function as a social hub in addition to a fitness destination, featuring a large gym floor, movement studios, spa treatment rooms, and contrast therapy facilities, along with a members’ lounge finished in the Hoxton’s signature residential style. The experience will also extend into F&B with Beaum, a healthy café concept.
