The Well, in partnership with South Florida developer Terra, has announced plans for the Well Coconut Grove in Miami. The wellness-centered residential and membership community is slated to open early 2028.
The launch will mark the brand’s second residential development in Miami. (The Well Bay Harbor Islands is set to debut later this year.)
A holistic design by Arquitectonica and Meyer Davis

The Well Coconut Grove reception area
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, the Well Coconut Grove will feature 194 residences across eight floors, each crafted with a focus on holistic wellness.
The structure will boast a unique coral stone façade that honors Coconut Grove’s architectural history, while interiors will embody a serene, nature-inspired design complete with expansive glass walls and private garden entrances for select townhomes.

An open kitchen and dining area in a residence unit
Each residence—ranging from one to four bedrooms—will be thoughtfully crafted to promote health and balance. Natural light floods expansive spaces thanks to abundant floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies.
Select units will elevate wellness further with dedicated wellness dens for meditation, workouts, and massages.
A range of wellness amenities

The cabana-lined outdoor pool
The property will offer residents an array amenities, including a 40,000-square-foot sanctuary featuring a private pool, hot and cold plunges, cabanas, a pickleball court, and tropical landscaping. An additional 13,000-square-foot wellness center will boast a communal bathhouse, crystal cave relaxation lounges, a hyperbaric chamber, and functional medicine services.
Residents can also unwind in a variety of social spaces like the aperitif bar, tea garden, and conservatory, which will be an indoor/outdoor space for coworking, IV therapy, and relaxation.
“We really value the partnership we’ve found with Terra,” says Kane Sarhan, cofounder and chief creative officer of the Well. “[Terra CEO] David Martin understands the immense potential when real estate is infused with wellness from top to bottom. We’re already seeing that potential realized as the Well Bay Harbor Islands comes to life. Now, in bringing the Well to Coconut Grove, we have an opportunity to build a truly unique community where people can live their happiest, healthiest lives.”
