Hyatt Hotels will enter Sri Lanka in 2014 with the debut of Hyatt Regency Colombo. The hotel will feature 475 guestrooms and 84 serviced apartments, a lobby lounge, Regency Club lounge, four restaurants, bar, eight spa treatment rooms, fitness center, pool, and 17,000 square feet of meeting space.
