A new international hospitality management company, Kinsfolk & Co., has launched in London with a focus on delivering sustainable returns for guests, investors, and communities.
The privately owned company is the brainchild of elite industry veterans, with Paul Brackley—the former Beaumont Hotel, Mayfair managing director and Shangri-La at the Shard London general manager—serving as founder and CEO. Fellow Beaumont alum Ninoska Leppard, who also lent her expertise to Corbin & King as well as Caprice Holdings, serves as the people and culture director, while Rachel Fearon holds the title of commercial director after more than two decades with Firmdale Hotels. Rounding out the team is CFO Heymo Nyoni, who previously worked with Standard International, and Milsom Hotels and Restaurants alum Stas Anastasiades, Kinsfolk’s restaurants and innovations director.
“We are incredibly fortunate to start a completely fresh company, where we can build a community with a shared vision—be that with our team, our partners, or our investors,” Brackley says. “We believe in the power of hospitality, working together within our wider industry. As a collective force, our company will deliver sustainable returns for all our stakeholders.”
With a pipeline already in place, Kinsfolk is set to roll out a trio of luxury boutique properties—two of which will be located in central London. The first UK outpost will open in Fitzrovia in 2024, followed by a Westminster location in 2026. An additional unit will debut in Valletta, Malta at a later date.
