The latest addition to the SUSHISAMBA portfolio has opened atop Singapore’s Capital Tower, bringing a blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian style to life through a dynamic interior design by Shanghai-based Kokaistudios.
Taking cues from Japanese design principles, the space features geometric patterns, natural materials, and a sense of balance. Meanwhile, Brazilian and Peruvian influences add vibrant hues, bold textiles, and lively finishes.
Drawing on the design language established at SUSHISAMBA Dubai, the Singapore outpost features a dramatic 3D-printed bamboo vaulted ceiling that envelops the interiors with an organic, architectural flow. A lush greenery wall and suspended plants build on the tropical atmosphere.
Distinct spaces within SUSHISAMBA Singapore
The wraparound restaurant showcases 360-degree views of Singapore’s ocean and urban landscapes. One side of the venue is home to the main dining area, while the opposite side houses a stylish bar lounge.
The venue also includes three private dining rooms, each with its own unique character, and a VIP mezzanine with a dedicated bar.
Anchoring the venue is a statement bar and an ope- kitchen counter, both rendered in bold colors and layered patterns that offer guests a front-row seat to the chefs at work.
