Hilton introduces the Waldorf Astoria brand to Japan with the opening of Waldorf Astoria Osaka, a soaring sanctuary of sophistication set in the heart of the city’s vibrant Grand Green Osaka development.
Waldorf Astoria Osaka’s blended design

Presidential suite
Occupying the uppermost floors of the South Park Tower, the 252-room hotel was designed by acclaimed architect André Fu, who reinterprets the luxury brand’s signature residential style through a global lens.
Drawing from Art Deco influences and a blend of Eastern and Western motifs, Fu’s design evokes both the opulence of the original Waldorf Astoria New York and the cultural richness of Osaka.
Each guestroom—including two expansive 1,570-square-foot penthouse suites and the 2,077-square-foot Presidential Suite—offers sweeping views from the 31st to 38th floors, spanning Osaka Bay to the Hyogo mountains.
F&B and amenities

Peacock Alley
Four distinct dining concepts define the culinary program: Peacock Alley, Waldorf Astoria’s signature lounge, nods to its Manhattan roots while embracing Japanese refinement; Canes & Tales offers a sultry cocktail experience steeped in the glamour of the Jazz Age; Jolie Brasserie brings a spirited, French touch to the skyline; and Tsukimi delivers minimalist Japanese dining rooted in tradition and precision.
Beyond its guestrooms and culinary offerings, the property features more than 355,000 square feet of elegantly appointed event space—including a serene chapel—and a wellness center complete with an indoor pool and spa treatments.
