Ukraine-based interior design studio Between the Walls has unveiled its second Paris project: Bon Bouquet Café, part of French restaurant group the Hungry Family.
Bon Bouquet’s design concept challenges traditional Parisian aesthetics, eschewing wicker furniture and classic lamps for sleek, modern elements and bold colors.
Microcement was used across the floor, benches, drawers, and bar counter to create a natural backdrop for the bright pink tables and chairs and lush greenery that adorns the café.
Deep inside the space is a daylight-free amphitheater outfitted with pink upholstered furniture and soft yellow lighting that plays with the shadows of greenery on the walls, resulting in a jungle-like ambiance.
Bon Bouquet’s bold, two-toned design narrative extends to the bathrooms. The green bathroom is adorned with richly textured walls and organic forms, while the pink restroom features contrasting dark fixtures that add a touch of sophistication.
