Restaurant brand Cipriani has debuted a large-format culinary experience near New York’s Lincoln Center. Housed within a Waterline Square structure designed by Richard Meier, Viñoly Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox, Harry’s Table by Cipriani invites visitors to explore a wide range of F&B options, including a café, gelato bar, and upscale retail vendors selling cheese, bread, fish, and more.
Spread across 28,000 square feet, the concept features interiors by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio that transport guests to Italy’s bustling food markets. “Harry’s Table brings a fresh feeling to the neighborhood whilst keeping a strong Italian heritage in mind,” Martin Brudnizki says. “We wanted Harry’s Table to be akin to the sprawling markets and local eateries that one comes across when traveling, ensuring it felt as authentic yet New York-centered as possible.”
An honest materiality of timber, terrazzo, tiles, and terracotta spans Harry’s Table by Cipriani along with recurring tones of ocean blue, burnt orange, and brass that channel the hues of the Italian coastline. Statement chandeliers also illuminate native terrazzo flooring—a nod to New York subways—while terracotta flooring accents infuse a relaxed but refined edge. Accented by leather stools and sleek light fixtures overhead, a timber-clad bar reminiscent of the glamour of midcentury Italy also anchors the interior.
Harry’s Table by Cipriani is also home to the Bellini restaurant, which overlooks the Hudson River and Waterline Square Park via indoor-outdoor seating.
