Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to debut branded residences in Hillsboro Beach, Florida.
Slated to open in 2026, Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach will comprise 92 luxury waterfront condominiums and villas crafted by Studio Piet Boon with an elevated aesthetic that maximizes the coastal setting. “We are truly honored to partner with Rosewood and Related Group on this exciting project,” says Piet Boon, founder and owner of the Netherlands-based firm. “Within the Studio Piet Boon total design vision, we’ve created a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living, embracing the Miami light and the pristine seafront of Hillsboro Beach.”
The boutique complex will total 70 beachfront residences and 22 coastal residences, all of which will be outfitted akin to a stately yacht with softly curved terraces, expansive outdoor space, and ample daylighting. A restrained color palette will ensconce guests in a medley of natural wood, limestone accents, and biophilic elements. Six oceanfront and seven coastal penthouses—ranging from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet and crowned with private rooftop pools—will round out the accommodations.
Resort-style amenities will also be featured onsite, including a sundrenched wellness center housing a private spa and salon; two fitness centers; a sauna; an oceanfront pool; intimate garden and meditation lounges; and an outdoor spa area with sunbeds and cabanas. F&B options like an oceanfront restaurant, a convivial bar and grill, stylish cocktail bar, and sprawling café lounge will be featured as well.
