The newly renovated and relaunched Tropicana Los Cabos in San José del Cabo, Mexico is gearing up to welcome guests this September.
Situated in the city’s art district, the 70-key boutique hotel pulls inspiration from Mexican haciendas. Originally built in 1956 as the Tropicana Inn, the hotel and restaurant were previously operated by a well-known local family and served as a social landmark.
The new Tropicana Los Cabos, which will be a part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection this fall, seeks to preserve that same spirit of hospitality and community.
Inside the reimagined Tropicana Los Cabos
The reimagined property features 68 guestrooms and two suites, the Tropicana Pool Bar, and two distinct dining options including Tropicana, Cocina de las Californias and the Baja Mediterranean-inspired El Patio.
Tropicana Los Cabos will also boast a wellness center offering a full menu of services, an outdoor yoga terrace, a game room, an outdoor hot tub and heated pool, and complimentary bicycles to ride around town.
Additionally, the hotel hosts more than 8,300 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor meeting space.
