Pendry Hotels & Resorts has revealed plans to roll out its first outposts outside of the U.S. The Pendry Barbados and Pendry Barbados Residences are slated to debut in 2026 at the site of the former Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina & Residences. The luxury beachfront resort and branded residences will be designed by architect Robert Glazier.
At the threshold of white sand beaches, Pendry Barbados will comprise 74 oceanfront guestrooms and suites as well as 46 private residences. Guests and residents will have access to the property’s amenities, like a 111-berth marina and seven dining options, including a beach club bar and grill, rum bar, lobby lounge, and pool bar. A seven-treatment room spa, fitness center, and expansive indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces will round out the public spaces.
“The setting for Pendry Barbados is magical—a pristine beach, luxury marina, and lush forest intersect to create an incredibly unique environment,” says Pendry cofounder Michael Fuerstman. “We are so inspired by this captivating destination, and thrilled to bring forward sophisticated architecture and design, and the unique amenities, experiences, and adventures for which Pendry Hotels & Resorts is known.”
