Raffles Hotels & Resorts—in partnership with World Trade Center Building, Inc. and Tokyo Tatemono Co.—has announced plans to launch in Tokyo.
Expected to open in 2028, the hotel will be part of the redevelopment of the iconic World Trade Center (WTC) in the city’s Hamamatsuchō district.
Raffles Tokyo will occupy the top 46 floors of the building, which has been a landmark since 1970. The site is located near some of the city’s most notable sites, including Tokyo Tower, the Roppongi Museum, and Rainbow Bridge.
Crafted by Melbourne-based design studio Layan, Raffles Tokyo will feature 130 guestrooms (including 27 suites), six F&B outlets, a fitness studio, swimming pool, spa, and bathhouse.
The property will also include more than 12,400 square feet of multi-functional meeting spaces and facilities.
