Paulo Merlini Architects has unveiled the design of a new medical aesthetic clinic, Skin Boutique, in Lisbon, Portugal.
Located on the ground floor of a residential building in the Saldanha neighborhood, the two-story commercial space is characterized by a narrow glass façade.
Inside, the design narrative draws from the natural curves of the human body with the utilization of organic shapes and a pale pink color.
The two medical office rooms, both drenched in natural light, run along a corridor that culminates in a central circular hall where the reception is located. This multifunctional area is characterized by a large, vaulted ceiling that fluidly merges with the walls, creating a dome-like space that evokes a sense of continuity.
An aesthetic analysis area is located around the hall, separated by a sheer curtain that ensures privacy and contributes to the facility’s serene atmosphere.
